Terra is a house with character. This old home reflects Æssea’s rootedness. From the outset, the project blended harmoniously into its grounds at the bottom of the Côte Pavée district of Toulouse. At the same time, it foreshadowed what would be Aqua, Aera and Ignis several decades later. Today, Terra remains proud of its rich past yet it now displays the result of a masterful renovation that meets all the demands of modern living.
